Our client is a technology company that supports companies from developing their first agile digital strategy to selecting the right solutions for building and optimizing impressive digital platforms. They are here to perfect their digital channels. We are currently looking for a Marketing Automation Consultant (f/m/x) for the locations in Graz, Vienna or Pörtschach.

These exciting tasks await you:

• Planning and implementing rough and detailed concepts:
  • Big-picture, solution alignment, data model, segmentation models, marketing workflows with our partner solutions
• Advising our customers:
  • Project-specific topics with a focus on digital marketing (process support and active customer contact)
• Supporting the presales process:
  • Conducting customer workshops
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Configuring and customizing the SAP marketing solution Emarsys:
  • Part of the SAP CX portfolio
• Continuous training:
  • Product developments and updates
  • Completing corresponding certifications

Your previous experiences:

• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing automation:
  • Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot
• Excellent communication skills:
  • English (at least C1 level)
  • German (C2 level)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and data modeling
• Enjoy working on conceptual and analytical tasks
• Open, communicative, and balanced personality:
  • Enjoys giving presentations
• Strong intercultural skills and willingness to travel:
  • Approx. 20% of working time
